About
My background is in people operations — hiring, onboarding, performance systems, team culture. Over time I realized the biggest impact comes not from running processes, but from redesigning them. That led me toward automation, AI tools, and broader business operations.
Today I combine both: I design people and operational systems during the day, and spend my evenings vibe-coding in Cursor, building bots, and exploring what AI can do for teams and businesses. This website is one of those evening projects.
